Most projects do not fail on engineering; they fail on coordination. Materials ordered late, trades arriving out of sequence, variations approved verbally and argued about later. Project management is the discipline of not letting that happen.
We build the programme, run procurement against it, and hold weekly site supervision with written records. Every variation goes through a documented instruction with a price attached before the work happens, not after.
You get one point of contact and a monthly report showing cost against budget, progress against programme, and the decisions waiting on you — so nothing stalls because a question sat unanswered.
