Renovation & Restoration
Existing buildings brought up to current standard — structurally, mechanically, and visually.
Renovation carries a risk new construction does not: you cannot fully price what you cannot see. We survey first — structure, damp, wiring, plumbing — and give you a budget with the unknowns identified rather than buried in a round number.
Work typically covers some mix of structural repair, replacing mechanical and electrical systems that are past their life, and façade restoration — older buildings in Lebanon frequently need all three. Where the interior also has to be rebuilt, our interior architecture team picks it up from there.
Where a property is occupied or partly occupied, we phase the work and seal off zones so the building stays usable while we go through it.
